MILTON ACADEMY 192.27-KWP ROOF-MOUNTED SOLAR ARRAY

MEC designed and installed a 192.27-kWp solar power system for Milton Academy that operates parallel to the utility supply and offsets the amount of daily power sourced by the facility.

The photovoltaic (PV) modules are installed in a roof-mounted array connected to the existing utility grid through two inverters and a bus tap interconnection. Despite the safety challenges of working on a 23-degree slanted metal roof and inclement weather, crews completed the project safely and on schedule.
