Sugar Land Surface Water Treatment Plant - Sugar Land, Texas
Mass. Electric Construction Co. (MEC) was the electrical subcontractor on the Sugar Land Surface Water Treatment Plant Project. Located on a 40-acre greenfield site, regulatory mandates from county and state levels required the City of Sugar Land and seventeen surrounding municipalities to provide 30% of the water supply from surface sources by 2016.
